About Rely-IQ
Every employee joins. Every employee eventually leaves.
Between those events, company-issued technology has to be prepared, delivered, supported, replaced, recovered, and moved through its next lifecycle stage.
That work often crosses HR, IT, Operations, managers, employees, vendors, carriers, and service providers.
Rely-IQ was built to connect the work between them.
We combine a Workforce Operations Platform with managed services to help growing and distributed organizations coordinate employee-device operations through a more visible and accountable model.
What Is Rely-IQ?
Rely-IQ is a technology company helping organizations coordinate the operational work created when workforce events intersect with company-issued employee technology.
Our platform and team help connect activity surrounding:
Rather than replacing the systems, teams, or technical authorities already in place, Rely-IQ works alongside them to create clearer visibility into what is happening, who owns the current step, which exceptions remain open, and what needs to happen next.
Why Rely-IQ Exists
Most organizations already have systems for employee records, support tickets, device inventory, purchasing, shipping, security, and access.
The challenge is what happens between them.
HR, IT, Operations, managers, and other stakeholders may each contribute information needed to complete an employee-device event.
Carriers, device vendors, support providers, security specialists, and other partners may each complete one part of the process.
Address changes, delayed deliveries, missing information, device issues, replacements, and incomplete returns often create manual coordination.
The problem is not necessarily a lack of software.
It is that the operational work between systems, teams, and providers still has to be connected and moved forward.
Workforce Operations
Rely-IQ defines Workforce Operations around the coordinated activities surrounding company-issued employee technology as employees join, work, change roles or locations, need support, require replacement equipment, or leave the organization.
The operating layer connecting workforce events with employee-device activity, destinations, logistics, support, ownership, exceptions, recovery, and lifecycle information.
Human coordination and execution that help move approved onboarding, logistics, support, replacement, recovery, and lifecycle activity forward.
The platform capability connecting approved information, services, responsibilities, and actions created by workforce events.
A bounded operational outcome reflecting whether the included company-issued device, approved destination, delivery, communication, support direction, and open operational actions have reached their approved state.
Across the Lifecycle
Rely-IQ supports employee-device operations throughout the workforce lifecycle.
Connect approved employee information, device requirements, destinations, preparation, delivery, communication, and support surrounding a new employee.
Give employees a clear gateway into technology support while helping coordinate device issues, approved replacements, support handoffs, and escalation where included in scope.
Coordinate departure information, employee communication, returns, tracking, receipt, exceptions, assignment updates, and the device’s next approved lifecycle stage.
Maintain operational context as devices move through preparation, deployment, support, replacement, recovery, redeployment, or retirement.
Built Around the Teams Doing the Work
Every team may own a different part of the employee-device journey.
Rely-IQ helps connect the work without taking authority away from the teams and providers responsible for it.
Connect approved workforce events with the employee-device activity they create without turning HR into the technology logistics coordinator.
Maintain authority over technical standards, infrastructure, security, identity, access, and applications while reducing avoidable operational coordination.
Gain clearer visibility across destinations, logistics, providers, exceptions, replacement, recovery, and next actions.
Connect approved purchasing, assignment context, replacement activity, recovery, reuse opportunities, and lifecycle decisions with greater operational visibility.
Managers gain clearer visibility. Employees gain clearer expectations about what is happening and where support begins.
Our Operating Approach
Rely-IQ is built around a few practical operating principles.
Connect the work to the new hire, relocation, device issue, support request, replacement, departure, or other approved event creating it.
Status becomes more useful when teams can also understand current ownership, open exceptions, and the next required action.
Technology helps organize and expose the work. People and service providers still help move approved operational activity forward.
Rely-IQ complements internal expertise, controls, systems, MSPs, vendors, carriers, and specialized providers rather than claiming authority over responsibilities it does not own.
Scope, support, integrations, service availability, Employee Readiness, and operational outcomes are defined by the approved customer implementation.
Built for Growing and Distributed Organizations
Rely-IQ is designed primarily for organizations with approximately 50–500 employees and can scale to support organizations with 2,500+ employees where the operating model and service scope are a fit.
The need often becomes more visible as organizations add employees, locations, devices, providers, and workforce events while internal teams remain lean.
Rely-IQ is especially relevant for organizations managing:
Support employee-device operations across job sites, customer locations, vehicles, branches, homes, and offices.
Support approved employee-device operations across hospitals, clinics, facilities, offices, homes, and other healthcare work environments.
Support professionals and project teams working across offices, client locations, homes, and temporary environments.
Support growing technology teams through onboarding, logistics, Managed IT Services, replacement, recovery, and lifecycle activity.
Support office, remote, hybrid, and geographically distributed employees across approved locations.

About Rely-IQ Questions
Rely-IQ is a technology company combining a Workforce Operations Platform with managed services. The company helps organizations connect employee devices, onboarding, logistics, Managed IT Services, replacement, recovery, and lifecycle activity through a more visible and accountable operating model.
Rely-IQ was created because employee-device work often remains divided across HR, IT, Operations, Finance, managers, systems, carriers, vendors, and service providers. The company helps connect that activity so teams can understand where work stands, who owns the next step, which exceptions need attention, and what must happen next.
Workforce Operations are the coordinated activities surrounding company-issued employee technology as employees join, work, change roles or locations, require support or replacement equipment, and leave the organization. This may include onboarding, delivery, employee communication, Managed IT Services, recovery, ownership, exceptions, and lifecycle activity.
The Workforce Operations Platform provides visibility into employee and device context, status, ownership, exceptions, and next actions. The Rely-IQ team helps coordinate approved onboarding, logistics, employee communication, Managed IT Services, replacement, recovery, and lifecycle activity. The platform makes the work visible, and the team helps keep it moving.
No. Rely-IQ is designed to work alongside internal IT, security teams, application owners, existing managed service providers, and current systems. Those teams and providers retain authority over infrastructure, identity, access, security, applications, device standards, and advanced technical decisions outside the approved Rely-IQ scope.
Rely-IQ is built primarily for growing companies with approximately 50–250 employees and can support organizations with up to 2,500 employees where the operating model and service scope are a fit. These organizations are often growing through headcount increases, geographic expansion, or both and have begun to outgrow employee-device coordination through spreadsheets, disconnected vendors, and internal follow-up.
Rely-IQ’s current partner ecosystem includes Lavish Branding Group, its strategic partner for branded merchandise and corporate gifting programs, and BlueArmor, its managed IT and cybersecurity partner. Each partner supports a specialized part of the employee-device lifecycle while Rely-IQ helps connect the work with the broader Workforce Operations model.
